Recap by phillip woo

Country Dancer had a rails run in midfield and after leading 150m out, he just prevailed for a third win from 10 starts in Class Five. Always Fluke stayed on well for second after a one-off trip from better than midfield. It was a return to form after only going okay in one of two prior starts. Punted late Verbier filled the final place spot after travelling third and one off without cover from gate four. It was his best effort from four starts over the Sha Tin 1,200m. The All Rounder stayed on okay for fourth after a one-off trip from midfield. He should find his mark shortly in this grade. Viva Chaleur gradually faded after clearing to lead 900m out from gate six. He's a better horse on dirt.
