South Korea cracks down on fake police uniforms four years after deadly Halloween crowd crush

This Thursday marks the fourth anniversary of Seoul’s Halloween crowd crush, a tragedy in which rescue efforts were reportedly delayed because party-goers wearing police uniforms caused confusion.
