LIV Golf will return to Hong Kong for a fourth time in 2027, kick-starting the Year of the Goat by bringing some of the game’s best players back to the city once more.
HSBC is again expected to sponsor the tournament, which will be held from February 18 to 21 at Hong Kong Golf Club, less than two weeks into the new Chinese year.
And organisers said that from Sunday, fans who attend this week’s event will get “exclusive early access to specially priced 2027 tickets” via the league’s website.

In announcing the tournament’s return, LIV Golf CEO Scott O’Neil said the city was a “cornerstone of our international calendar and an important gateway for golf’s continued growth in Asia”.
“As the world’s golf league, LIV Golf is committed to investing in dynamic markets like Hong Kong where sport, entertainment and culture are celebrated and recognised on a global scale,” he said.
Speaking alongside O’Neil at the announcement on Tuesday, Andrea de Vincentiis, HSBC’s managing director, global head of brand partnerships, said being involved with the relatively new circuit was meant to complement the bank’s other sporting partnerships, which in golf include the men’s and women’s Open Championships, and the recently concluded Women’s World Championship in Singapore.
“For us, it [LIV] is international. It’s innovative. It’s growing. We’re delighted to be title partner of the event this week,” he added.
Andy Kwok, the HKGC captain, said they were “proud to continue welcoming the league and its players to one of Asia’s most historic venues”.
