Former New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez has made his relationship with new girlfriend Meghan Hayden Instagram-official.
Hayden, a fitness coach, celebrated Rodriguez’s 51st birthday on Monday by sharing couple photos on her Instagram Story and writing, “Happy Birthday @Arod”, with two red heart emojis. Rodriguez reposted the story on his account.

The pair were first spotted together at Michael Rubin’s star-studded White Party in the Hamptons in early July. News of Rodriguez’s new flame comes only a few months after he split from fitness entrepreneur Jaclyn Cordeiro after three years together.

What is Meghan Hayden’s background?

Meghan Hayden, 33, is a fitness coach who graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. Before that, Hayden studied business and psychology for about a year at the University of Richmond, where she played Division One football, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Hayden founded her own strength-and-conditioning training platform, Take Off With Meg. According to her bio on the platform’s website, “she’s most likely biking to her next session or modelling on set with household brands like Under Armour & Athleta” when she isn’t training clients.
She is an entrepreneur

Hayden is also an investor and a member of the founding committee of a fitness dating app called ATeam, per Page Six. She recently led a workout class in Montauk hosted by the app. The event was attended by models like Sailor Brinkley Cook.
Are A-Rod and Hayden living together?

While Hayden and Rodriguez’s relationship is still fresh, Page Six reported on July 6 that the couple are already living together. A source told the outlet: “They are dating. It’s new. She’s a really nice person from a great family.”
Rodriguez was previously engaged to Jennifer Lopez and shares two adult daughters with Cynthia Scurtis, whom he divorced in 2008 after six years of marriage.
