Arthur Elgort exhibition

If you happen to be in Los Angeles this summer, drop by The Beverly Hills Hotel – known as the “Pink Palace” for its bright exterior – to check out an exhibition held in partnership with Fahey Klein Gallery. The show celebrates the work of fashion photographer Arthur Elgort, who over the years has captured celebrities and models such as Kate Moss and Karen Elson for glossies like Vogue. From June 12 until September 27
Gianni Versace Retrospective

This summer, Paris’ Musée Maillol, located on the chic Left Bank, is devoting an exhibition to the glamorous world of Italian designer Gianni Versace, who was tragically murdered in Miami in 1997. From the influence of his Catholic upbringing and of Greek iconography, to his flamboyant prints and his close links with celebrities like Madonna and Prince, “Gianni Versace Retrospective” offers an in-depth look at the late designer’s work through nearly 450 exceptional pieces. Until September 6
Sant Roch sauna and contrast therapy

Sant Roch, a luxury sauna that recently opened in the heart of Paris, specialises in contrast therapy, a recovery technique that alternates exposure to ice-cold and very hot temperatures. Founded by the couple behind fitness group Monday Sports Club, Sant Roch offers private self-guided sessions or group classes in an environment where chic design, aromatherapy and cool playlists contribute to the all-round sensory experience.
Selfridges’ personal shopping service

Selfridges, everyone’s favourite London department store, has recently upgraded its personal shopping service with the introduction of 40 Duke, a 25,000 sq ft space open to top clients (VVSPs and VSPs, as the company refers to them). Akin to an exclusive club, 40 Duke can be booked for private shopping sessions available in a variety of languages. Dining options include The Club Lounge and The Terrace, while wellness and skincare treatments are available at the Beauty Studios.
The Mark’s Assouline book

Ask any New Yorker to name their favourite hotel in the city and they’re likely to mention The Mark, the legendary property on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Beloved of locals and visitors alike, The Mark Hotel is a timeless classic that will never go out of style, just like a little black dress or a vintage Rolex. A favourite of the fashion set, who decamp to the hotel every year ahead of the Met Gala, The Mark is now the subject of a book published by Assouline. Written by man-about-town Derek Blasberg, the book is peppered with photographs and whimsical illustrations by Jean-Philippe Delhomme.
