American model and actress Molly Sims has been married to her husband, Scott Stuber, for over a decade. The pair have welcomed three children into their family since tying the knot in 2011.

The pair, who dated for a year and a half before marrying, exchanged their vows during an intimate ceremony in Napa Valley, California.

Sims is known for being a Sports Illustrated model, appearing in campaigns for brands like Jimmy Choo and Chanel, as well as appearing in NBC’s comedy series Las Vegas. While Sims may be more recognisable than her husband, Stuber, an American producer and a former chairman at Netflix, is a heavyweight in the industry.
Here’s everything you need to know about Scott Stuber.
He started his career in Universal Pictures

Before he started at Netflix, Stuber, 56, worked at Universal Pictures as a producer. Rising through the ranks, Stuber became the vice-chairman and co-president of production at Universal.
During his tenure at the film production company, Stuber was responsible for many of its successful films, including the Fast and the Furious franchise, A Beautiful Mind, the Bourne franchise and more.
He joined Netflix in 2017

Stuber left his position at Universal to join Netflix in 2017. He oversaw the production of some of Netflix’s most popular and promising titles such as Okja, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, and Red Notice.
In January 2023, Stuber became the chairman of Netflix Films and was reportedly earning a salary of US$16-18 million a year
In January 2024, Stuber announced that he was leaving the streaming giant to start his own production company.
How Sims and Stuber met

In 2016, for their fifth wedding anniversary, Sims recounted how her happily-ever-after with Stuber started on her online blog, mollysims.com. (The post has since been deleted, while her website redirects to her skincare brand.)
“We had actually known each other for quite a few years through work,” Sims wrote. “One night, I had run into him and sensed a bit of a sizzle factor. The next day, I got an email from him. He was tall, clever, handsome and best of all – really funny. I was over being single and over settling for less. Scott and I were both on the same page. I didn’t play any games and neither did he.”
The duo began dating sometime around 2009 and got hitched in 2011, but Sims wrote that she knew six months into their relationship that he was the one.
“I had fallen in love with Scott not only for the man I knew he was, but with the man I knew he would be: a great husband, father and true partner.”
Family bliss

The couple have three children together: Grey Douglas, 8, Scarlett May, 10, and Brooks Alan, 12.

His first marriage ended after seven months

Before he met Sims, Stuber married Star Trek actress Rachel Nichols on July 26, 2009. Unfortunately, the marriage was short-lived and the former couple separated after only seven months of marriage.
