How does a chart-topping, provocative fashion icon spend his millions? Hampstead mansions, vintage automobiles and a dedicated home for custom Gucci looks are certainly one direction for this millionaire’s splurging.
But Harry Styles is also known to give back to those less fortunate, and one humble staple food item will always be found in his kitchen.
Here’s how the Sign of the Times singer and current beau of actress and filmmaker Olivia Wilde spends his dough.
Three houses on the same North London street

Want to guess Styles’ three favourite places to put down roots? You’d be correct if you thought Hampstead, Hampstead and Hampstead!
London’s picturesque neighbourhood is home to a number of British celebrities, including Emma Thompson, Helena Bonham Carter and Ricky Gervais.

Last year, the Adore You star reportedly spent US$5.5 million on a third home in Hampstead, which neighbours an US$11 million property he bought in 2019. 
He bought his first property on the same North London street when he turned 18, at US$4.1 million. 
Getting that bread


The Watermelon Sugar star loves tacos and bananas, hates olives, and can’t get enough of the humble loaf of bread.
Speaking on the Capital Breakfast radio show when pandemic lockdown measures were first enforced, Styles divulged that his quarantine foodie pleasure was, “bread, bread and more bread.”

Before the former One Direction member found fame, he even worked as a baker’s boy at a bakery in Cheshire, England, which might explain his love for a good loaf.

The Golden singer likes to splurge on extraordinary models to add to his car collection. 
Like his famous friend and former flame Kendall Jenner, Styles also has a sweet spot for vintage automobiles.

Some of the more notable cars in his collection include a Ferrari California, a classic convertible red Jaguar E-Type, a classic Mercedes-Benz, a Range Rover Sport and an Audi R8 Coupe.
A clothing archive with 24-hour surveillance

If you weren’t already convinced that Styles is a diehard fashion lover, get this: the 27-year-old owns space at an undisclosed location in London dedicated solely to preserving his impressive collection of clothing and accessories. 
According to one of Styles’ go-to designers, Harris Reed, the space has 24-hour surveillance and the British pop star can view every item in the archive through his iPad.

“After his first solo tour when I produced 14 to 15 looks for him – he wore about six or seven – I was wondering where the others were and he was like, ‘Don’t worry, they are all under surveillance.’ I was like, ‘Oh, that’s chic,’” Reed told GQ magazine.

Charities

It’s not exactly a “spend”, but the chart-topping singer has made headlines for donating ticket proceeds and auction item sales to various charities.
In 2018, Variety reported that Styles’ debut tour raised US$1.2 million in charitable donations from ticket sales, Live Nation contributions and matching payments.
